  • When is the best time to book?
    Three months in advance! It’s when most carriers release their tickets (apart from Eurostar – look for Eurostar tickets six months in advance). Want to get the best price for your journey? Book early. Prices normally go up closer to the departure date. Plus, you might not get seats together if you book late (which might be a bonus for the introverts out there).
  • Can I cancel my booking?
    It depends on the company the booking was made with and on the type of ticket purchased. If sale conditions allow it, you can easily cancel your booking online.
  • Can I request a refund for my ticket?
    You can request a refund after canceling your booking, if allowed by the ticket terms and conditions. You can also receive a refund if your train is canceled, and in some cases of delays, by the train company.
